Larry Craven served as a navigator in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II He flew 50 missions with the 15th Air Force, 97th Bomber Group, based in North Africa. He was awarded the Air Medal and Certificate of Valor for his service.
After the war, Larry was Chief Navigator for Trans Caribbean Airways before joining Seaboard.
Larry is survived by his wife, Evelyn; son, Lawrence; daughter, Christine; and two grandsons. He is seen here in 1946, just prior to leaving the service.
