Hank Meyers was born in Chicago, Illinois. He enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Forces on May 4, 1945. On February 25th, 1940, he married Julia Barrett Zimmerman. He was hired by Seaboard on July 12th, 1950, his 39th birthday. Harry lived to 96 years old. He was predeceased in 2002 by Julia, his wife of 52 years.
