Hello all. ONLY 3 weeks away and counting.
Received a number of checks for the dinner but please send yours in if you have not done so already. I really do not want to deal with this stuff the nights of the function please ? Pretty please?

special SWA Reunion rate $99.00 + tax for the room which will accommodate up to 2 people.
Copy of agenda attached an Port Authority still pending decision IF they will open building 260 for us.

The agenda for the SWA reunion,at the Holiday Inn at JFK November 13, 14, and 15 is attached.
For those staying overnight hotel reservations are strongly recommended.
With the assistance of Russ Thal a special purpose checking account to pay for the dinner has been set up.
The cost of the dinner is $75.00 per person. In order to avoid complications no checks or cash will be accepted the night
of the Dinner.
Therefore if you intend to go to the dinner please sent your check for $75.00 each person, made out to

Hello all, the following preliminary plan for the SWA reunion-
Date- Saturday November 14, 2009
Location -Holiday Inn Hotel, 144-02 135th Avenue Jamaica New York ( Right next to JFK)

Ms. Olga Angelinas (olgaangelinas@jfkhihotel.com), Dir of Sales 7 Marketing and Ms. Josephine Cavaliere (jcavaliere@jfkhihotel.com), Sales/Event Manager, both of the JFK Holiday Inn, have extended themselves for this reunion as follows -
For those traveling to the event, or those who wish to stay at the Holiday Inn - Rooms blocked Friday and Saturday night Room rate - $99.00 PER ROOM per night + tax. Each room will accommodate 2 people. Each individual requiring a room will be required to reserve and pay for the room they occupy.
Friday - November 13, 2009 6 p.m. to ? Evening on your own - informal gathering at the hotel - renew friendships, tell stories etc. Or if you wish a quick trip on your own into NYC.
Saturday - November 14, 2009 - Day on your own or join the tour of Building 260, now closed by the Port Authority. In BUILDING Tour - start at approximately 11 a.m. - bussing provided courtesy of Holiday inn Hotel. Sorry, the old SWA Headquarters building has been demolished years ago to make room for the Air Train monorail system.
Saturday - November 14, 2009 - 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Group sit Down Dinner - choice of 4 entrees - at Hotel, in Claudine's Restaurant.
Open bar serving beer, wine, soda, and name brand liquor - Approximate cost per person $75.00
An open mike and podium will be available for any attendee, who after a few cocktails wants to address the group, and embarrass him/her self!
Sunday November 15, 2009 get away - check out day.
Currently setting up a special checking account for the dinner cost and contribution ($75.00 per person) with assistance from Russ Thal.
Will advise later checking account name and address to mail checks.
